So what's this all about?

Firstly, hi and welcome to the site.

Customer service in the Netherlands has improved over the years a helluvalot but still leaves a lot to be desired. Generally people here (and yes including the Dutch!) realise that it's not really up to scratch - at least not up to international scratch. So below here are some anecdotes of what can go wrong - and hopefully what can go well as praise is due where it's due after all. Tell us your stories, but keep it polite and don't be bitchy.
